Marketing Executive
Location: Pune
Experience:1-3 Years

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social, search, and social media platforms.
  • Handle on-ground marketing activities like tie-ups with venues, local tournaments, and events.
  • Manage social media content calendars, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using metrics like CTR, CAC, ROI, etc.
  • Work with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and campaigns.
  • Support venue onboarding through marketing promotions and awareness campaigns.
  • Create marketing collaterals for both B2C (players) and B2B (venue partners).

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital or field marketing.
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with creative flair.
  • Interest in sports, fitness, or tech products is a plus.

Operations Manager
Location:Pune
Experience: 3–6 years (Preferred: startup, logistics, or venue management background).

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end venue onboarding and management process.
  • Coordinate with venue partners for registrations, verifications, pricing, and availability updates.
  • Manage bookings, cancellations, and customer queries across the platform.
  • Build and maintain SOPs for smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor operational KPIs: booking success rate, partner retention, and NPS.
  • Optimize workflows to reduce turnaround time and improve partner experience.
  • Train and guide on-ground teams or customer support staff as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in operations or vendor management.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, and dashboards.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startups or platforms is a plus.
